There will be two components to this meeting (see below). Based on the content, we are adjusting the start time of the meeting to 3:30 pm. In particular, we will be inviting Outreach Team Leaders and Shelter Operators to join us and learn more about My Health GPS. To accommodate their attendance, we will limit the discussion on Standardizing PSH Services to the first 30/45 mins of the meeting.
