8/28 Update:

There will be two components to this meeting (see below). Based on the content, we are adjusting the start time of the meeting to 3:30 pm. In particular, we will be inviting Outreach Team Leaders and Shelter Operators to join us and learn more about My Health GPS. To accommodate their attendance, we will limit the discussion on Standardizing PSH Services to the first 30/45 mins of the meeting.

1. Standardizing PSH Services: DHS is working to finalize the Scope of Services for PSH. They are digesting and integrating the input received from the work group. We will quickly review the work accomplished to date and touch base on the timeline for this work. Time permitting, we will host a quick discussion on locating and engaging clients matched to PSH resources (an area that was identified as important for further discussion by the PSH providers)
2. My Health GPS: program launched about 6 weeks ago. See press release for a quick overview. We will provide an overview of the program, discuss the intersection with homeless services, and brainstorm how homeless service providers can support program roll out.

The Medicaid Work Group of the Interagency Council on Homelessness supports the Housing Solutions Committee by coordinating the effort to establish Permanent Supportive Housing (PSH) as a health care service and leverage Medicaid to pay for PSH services.
