4/13 Update: As you are likely well aware, the Homeless Services Reform Act (HSRA) Act went through a comprehensive update last year.  Accordingly, DHS has spent the first quarter of 2018 working on updates to the regulations.  We will use our April Strategic Planning meeting to gather feedback and input on some of the new regulatory language.  We anticipate a second meeting may be needed to get through all the content, so the April 24 meeting will be Part 1, with a part 2 on hold for May 1.
