Winter Plan Family Subsystem Debrief

On Thursday, May 10^th from 10am to 11:30am, we will hold a hypothermia/winter plan family subsystem debrief. Each winter, the Department of Human Services (DHS), The Community Partnership for the Prevention of Homelessness (TCP), and nonprofit and government partners work collaboratively to deliver the shelter and services that protect the lives of the District’s homeless population.
