The ICH is conducting an offline vote to adopt the FY27 Winter Plan.  Full Council Members (as identified here) will have until close of business (5 pm) to submit their vote.  

DC Gov votes can be designated/delegated.  Except for the Collaborative Applicant, community representatives cannot delefate their representation.
