On Thursday, May 10th from 10am to 11:30am, we will hold a hypothermia/winter plan family subsystem debrief. Each winter, the Department of Human Services (DHS), The Community Partnership for the Prevention of Homelessness (TCP), and nonprofit and government partners work collaboratively to deliver the shelter and services that protect the lives of the District’s homeless population. The ICH Emergency Response and Shelter Operations (ERSO) Committee assists in developing the Winter Plan each year and receives feedback from the public on the implementation of the Winter Plan to help guide each years plan development. Please join us on May 10th to review relevant data from this past year and provide feedback on the season’s operations.
