The Housing Solutions Committee of the Interagency Council on Homelessness is responsible for assessing the need for permanent housing resources and identifying gaps. In conjunction with the Strategic Planning Committee, the committee makes recommendations to funders on annual investment priorities. The committee serves as a formal link to broader affordable housing efforts in the community.  Efforts include developing strategies to incentivize participation of landlords and developers.
