Forum for tracking progress on strategic planning initiatives, with three (3) subpopulation Workgroups (WGs): Family System, Single Adult System, and Veterans System WGs. In this work plan, the ICH Team proposes standardizing the Youth CMTE as a WG reporting to the Strategic Planning CMTE.

ICH agendas have standard components that are modified by Co-Chairs and the ICH Team based on the needs of the specific meeting

• Partner Updates (15 mins)
• Discussion Topics (50 mins)
• Summary & Adjournment (5 mins)
